Rookie. #1. Jul 20, 2016. No Priscilla at end of Count Reuven's Questline. At the very end of the quest you head over to Kingfisher Inn to talk to Priscilla in her bedroom. The quest says to "talk to Priscilla in her bedroom." There is a "target" icon at her bedroom indicating that's where she should be, but.... no one there!
